Space is quiet on route, it always is. I sit at the center of my busy bridge sipping Earth tea. My uniform neater than most of the busy officers. I sit in my armed and bulky command chair, tactical charts in front of me. More on paper across my desk. "Time to intercept?" I ask out loud.

Meanwhile back aboard My ship...
I stand on a small raised part of the bridge, modifed for my own habit of paceing. I survey the bridge while drinking my Tea. "All fighter pilots to their fighters, I want all of our weapons powered and ready. Prep the Plasma Shields for activation, and activate Plasma Cloaking!" I order. In response crew bustle about and the hum of the bridge rises...

"Two hours" I saw walking up to her in my distinctive way. I thow a data pad onto her desk. "Battle Plan for my squad once we ger onto the station. The Dauntless and the Glory are going for a silent run in to give their fighters more chance to clear. That will distract them enough for us to launch our boarding ships. The new Plasma Shields and Cloaking are installed but the engineer is still trying to decode the Cyvbernetic coding."

Ship Journal, Suppliment;
The Pearl had seen better days...
After 23 years in service, and its 189th battle, this next battle we face will be out 190th, and the crew is responding with the efficiency I have come to rely on, while she has been in my service. They say they promoted me to young, but war brings about many surprises, some good and some bad. I hope to make it out of this one alive, just as I have in my previous campaigns. The mining station we are coming into is expected to be heavily guarded, but with the rest of the fleet in formation, I have never felt more confident of anything.
"End log, Weapons stat-us?" Captain Jones asks as he sits down in his chair, swinging it slightly to face the weapons officer. "All Pulse Cannons and Super Pulse Cannons are functioning at full capacity Captain, but the Shell Torpedoes are only responding on two banks." "Jones to Engineering, report in please." "Captain, we still have a couple of hours before we arrive at the battle, I'm sure that by then we can get these destructive things working." "Very well, do what you can, everything else operational?" "Aye Captain, you have shields and cloak if you need it, all primary Cannons are fully functional." "Understood, Jones out." As I sit in my chair and watch the rest of the fleet keep formation, I can only wonder how the other Captains are feeling at this point.

Doors opened up and Juliet was seen, she had a very neat uniform like always, she was dressed to impress, she walked over to Jade. "Yes I think that be wise ma'am" Juliet said with a very high respect for her, she looked forward on the over view screen, it was peaceful on the ship but she knew that would stop.

I contenue to pace my bridge, I was one of the few captains who almost never used his chair. I prefer the feel of the deck, and the slight swaying feel of a great turn, or of a volley striking the ship. Knocked out of my day dream by a beep from a nearby console I say "Increase speed to Hyper Factor 6, activate the shield the moment we slip past them. Then launch every fighter and bomber we have, swarm their carriors. And i want a full volley the moment they see us, empty our weapons into their carriors before they can launch or raise shields." My Secend in command nods and starts barking orders...
Finaly takeing a seat I sigh, temple my hands and say "Let the ghosts of war guide me and my crew this day, and let the men and women under my command bring swift death to the Cyborgs. For we are the warriors of the human race, we fight for you, so guide us well" Closeing my eyes i finish the prayer. The Warriors religion as it is called now was formed in recent years as a moral booster due to our losses. And i was one of its founders, it had spread and now nearly 9/10s of the human race followed its teachings...
OOC: I thought since man always turns to religion in times of great need that i would make up one that fits this story, if Jade or Karl don't like it i can reduce it to like a 1th of the people or something=)

<GBS Enterprise> "Where is the fleet heading?" Came the strong, powerful voice of the commanding officer. He was siting in his captain's chair. He looked around awaiting a response. Nobody seamed to have one. "I said, where is the fleet heading?" He demanded, again looking around. This time people made an effort to show that they wear finding an answer.
"Sir, they're heading is 34.7 mark 2, toward a small Cybernetic Alliance fleet." Said one of the officers, who had turned to face him. A young man, unshaven for about a day. His uniform was undone a little.
"Thank you Ryan." The Captain said, not looking at him. "Turn the ship port to 21.4 mark 3. We will cut the pray off." He added before falling silent again. He removed his uniform jacket, to reveal a white tunic.
The first officer, Commander Lemire, turned to her commanding officer. "Sir, is it wise to try and cut off a AI fleet?" She asked impatiently.
He turned and glared at her. "There are escape pods. If you don't like my decisions, go find one and leave. After destroying the AI fleet we may comeback and pick you up." He retorted then returned his attention to the forward viewing panel.

"Sir, the Enterprise appears to be joining our formation" Says a Sensor operator. Groaning I say "You mean Alex is here? That young pup of an officer may be good but hes far to young to hold captains pips. And he has no respect for the navy, His ship is run like some kind of rogue ally to the navy. And hes my support!?" I say, shakeing my head i say "ETA?" instantly the reply comes from my navigational officer "31 minutes and countering sir" I smile at the response "Good. Midshipmen, Bring us some Tea please" I osay. The midshipmen siting at a console a few feet away leaps to his feet with a salute and a "Yes Sir!" as he rushes off to get the Tea for the bridge crew...

Noticing that the Enterprise and the Dauntless had made a course change and an increase in speed, I have decided to continue following the Victory, and come at the mining station from the port side. "GBS Black Pearl to GBS Victory, shall we stay in formation Captain? Or is this becoming a free-for-all?" I ask her over the comm system, still sitting comfortably in my chair.

"No Captain." I reply quickly. "I'll tackle port side, as long as Nickolas can hold his Starboard side of the bargain, you and the Enterprise have my full confidence, what do you gentlemen think?" I say, resting my chin on my hand waiting a response.

"I will be there. Glory to you both and hope to see you both on the other side" I reply and end the transmission. "Helm take us to subligh speeds and charge shields. Auto Target when ready weapon officer." The fleet drop to sublight and before them a massive fueling and mining station littered with ships and fighters defending it. "Fighters launch, marine shuttles stand bye."

"All support craft Launch! Power the shields! Run weapons hot, target Carrior launch bays and... hold it.... hold it.... FIRE" As i ordered a wave of fighters and other craft swarmed from my bays as missle racks locked onto the carrior infront of me, witch had yet to notice i was within weapons range. Then a hail of light and standard pulse blasts tore forward alongside a few pulsed fusion blasts and tore into the carriors fighter bays ripping them open, and clearing the way for bissles to streak home and hit the unlaunched darts...

The Victory flys into battle threw crossfire and began firing down wards as it passes at a small few vessels destroying two viper fighters and setting fire to the port of a small destroyer. She flew by a carrier and stopped. "Fire all port weapons!" I command. The ships passed by each other firing barrages our fire at the other in a massive cross fire both shields failed and fire begins emanating from the hulls. I Hold onto my desk as we are hit hard sparks flying. In the lower port decks men and women run screaming as hill breaches are made and they are sucked out threw the short blaze of oxygen fire . When the fire is gone so are the people. "Fire Primary cannon!" I order. The turret turns and fires destroying their bridge as we finally pass them. The ship begins to fall from the sky before being destroyed by the Glory and the Apollo.
